Charlestowne Estates I

Do you have an attic full of items you need to sell or dispose of? Then you will want to be a part of the Charlestowne Estates I Community Garage Sale on Saturday, May 18 starting at 7:30 am. The sales take place at your own house/garage/yard and the goal is to have several neighbors involved so interested buyers can go around the neighborhood for the deals! It is just like a normal garage sale at your house and you keep all the money you earn at the event.

Participating residents are asked to provide a $10 donation to participate and will receive a balloon to notate your participation. Your house will also be listed on a map distributed at the event to notate participants. All funds donated will be used for neighborhood improvement projects. Charlestowne Estates 1 will place an ad in The Post and Courier and promote via Facebook, emails, Craiglist and other PR venues. The Neighborhood Association will also create signs for the entrance areas to promote the day of the event. 

BONUS: The Association has coordinated for Goodwill Industries to do a pick-up at 12 Noon for any remaining items to donate!
