Charlestowne Estates I Community Garage Sale
Saturday, August 16; 8 am – Noon 

The sales take place at your own house/garage/yard and you keep all the money you earn at the event. Be sure to have everything you need for your own yard including:
– a sign/balloons/etc. for your yard
– tables or blankets on ground to display items
– tags if tagging
– cash box with plenty of small bills and change

In the past, we have asked for a $10 donation primarily to advertise the sale with an ad in The Post and Courier.  We have discovered over the years that most of our buyers have told us they found us via Craigslist. So, let’s change the donation to $2 and that will cover creating signs for the entrance areas to promote the day of the event. Any left over money is donated to the Charlestowne Estates 1 Neighborhood Association and used for neighborhood improvement projects.

Please drop off or send a check for $2 (made payable to Charlestowne Estates 1 Neighborhood Association) to 1130 Culpepper Circle along with:
