FRONT ENTRANCE
Thank you to everyone who has donated time and energy in keeping the front entrance looking great. The sign was just cleaned and is getting a fresh coat of paint and the polished copper “caps” put back on the post in the next couple of weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: there is heavy-grade landscaping cloth under the mulch to prevent weeds. Do not plant anything in the front entrance without alerting us first as it will damage that area. Also, please do not put yard sale or campaign signs in this area.

COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT
MUSC, Roper St. Francis and Trident United Way have partnered on a 2016 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Data from this CHNA survey will help health care providers and community organizations improve the overall health and wellness of our community, and identify community needs, establish priorities for programs and services, and inform strategies to address gaps between critical needs and services. This survey is anonymous, and takes roughly 5-7 minutes to complete. Your answers will help us understand the top health needs and how we can better serve the community.
