We are excited to share the plans to redesign the front entrance to Charlestowne Estates 1 (left). The plan is to make it similar to that of Charlestowne Landing with a lot of sweet grass plants, along with some lantana, ruellia and saw palmetto plants. There will be a tree towards the backend that could be a palmetto or oak, nothing that would block the view of Old Towne Road. There will also be a sign that will be constructed that will have the neighborhood name and logo that will face either side of Old Towne Road. On the smaller side of the sign (visible as you are leaving the neighborhood) will be a small plaque listing all of those that funded the project. We would also like to dedicate the entrance to Ms. Gasque, who has tirelessly maintained and taken care of the fronts bed for years. Without his love and support, we would not have the entrance we have today!
